DRU YOGA IN BENITACHELL AND JAVEA:
Do you want to feel fitter? Join us in Benitachell for Dru Yoga sessions.
Using Dru Yoga techniques, you learn how to strengthen your body and focus your mind.
Enjoy the wonderful experience of releasing energy blocks.
Mondays: 7 pm Tuesdays: 9.30 am Saturdays 9 am **JAVEA: Tuesdays 7.45 pm at Pikapoeka, Arenal.

DRU Yoga on the move
Why not try a new experience – walking and talking Yoga! Every month we meet in the beautiful surroundings of Benitachell for those who prefer what we call therapeutic walking. We start with a gentle, warm-up session and release energy blocks using DRU Yoga, then walk and talk together. Sometimes we practice meditative walking, simply walking in silence, freeing the mind from the pressures of everyday life, and once a year we organize a few days walk along the famous Camino de Santiago.
For 2009 we will travel in October (starting October 3rd and finishing October 13th) and walk from Burgos westwards.
Our aim is quite simple: to allow you to enjoy the calmness of nature and find your own inner peace.
Next walks: Sunday March 15th and April 19th, starting at 10am at the parking place of the Pepe la Sal supermercado, La Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell.
Costs: 5 euros pp.
DRU YOGA WEEK
We organize a special week in 2009 when we teach 2 classes of DRU a day and go for walks and outings to practice DRU in Nature.
You can stay overnight in a shared room and enjoy the whole week for 399 euros (vegetarian meals included).
If you just attend a class or an outing or a meal, it will cost you 5 euros per class, outing or meal.
The week includes pamper sessions (30 minutes each) with local therapists.
Dates: May 16 till 23 2009

REIKI EDUCATIONAL SUNDAYS for Reiki practitioners
1. Exchange Reiki with other practitioners,
2. Learn and practice new (Japanese) techniques,
3. Learn and practice Reiki meditation.
4. Ask questions and receive feedback from colleagues and Reiki friends.
5. Relax!
