About Me:

Greetings! I am 58, and have lived in Mojacar now for three years and loving it! I have two sons of 30 and 27, one in England and one in Sicily. The eldest one has a lovely little girl of 11 months. I am a healer and medium. a masseuse and also carry out allergy testing and stress release through dowsing.
I spent 15 years of my life running a pub at the same time as giving healing - as you do! - so now feel that my time has come to relax, chill a bit more, and smell the flowers!

Favourite Exercise

I like to work out at the Gym but my real favourite exercise is reading and writing............exercise for the mind!

Favorite Healthy Foods

I really don't have any favourite foods. As long as I don't go hungry, I am not overly fussy about what I eat.
