Dru Yoga in Benitachell, is suitable for all levels. Improve your flexibility in mind and body. A fun way to get fit and stay fit.
Classes are Monday 7pm
Wednesday 9.30am
Saturday 9am
Whenever possible we have our Yoga practice outside. Each 3rd Sunday in the month come and join us for "Walk, Talk & Yoga"

Favourite Exercise: Yoga, running, waterskiing, walking, tennis. I'll have a go at most things!

Favorite Healthy Foods: Anything with flax, especially brocolli salad.
Big curry fan, I try to make them healthy!

I am very happy to be At the Spiritual Friends Fair, Bar Mediterraneo, Teulada, to be be able to tell as many of you as possible about all the Benefits of Dru Yoga!
