About Me:

Hi i am 34 years old and have recently returned to Spain after traverling and living in Thailand.I am a reiki master and i practice meditation and i am a trained massage practioner.I trained in the Wat Po Medical school in Thailand.
I have also recently started a holistic magazine´/ guide and the first edtion is out on the 1st of Febuary 2008.

Favourite Exercise

I love doing the 5 Tibetians every morning,i feel it sets me up for the day ahead.I also love yoga and walking.

Favorite Healthy Foods

I am a vegaterian, so anythng organic that contains a lot of vegtables, pulses and grains.I am also a huge lover of tom yum soup.
