About Me:

I have always been fascinated by the power of the mind. As a result, I studied psychology and subsequently worked as a psychologist for almost 10 years. During this time I continued to explore the mind and became a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming while also exploring the body/mind/spirit connection through healing therapies such as cranio-sacral therapy.

My love of spirituality brought me to India and Nepal for almost a year exploring meditation and other healing practices. Now, I work primarily as a Spiritual Life Coach supporting others to live their own passions by harnessing the law of attraction and other univeresal laws.

I have a particular interest in helping families to thrive and am committed to helping children experience sacred childhood through understanding and application of the law of attraction.

To this end, I provide coaching programmes around inspired fertility, pregnancy and parenting.

Favourite Exercise

Walking, Somatics, Yoga and Swimming.

Favorite Healthy Foods

Brown rice with avacado. Quinoa with various seaweed. Freshly squeezed carrot, celery and apple juice. Healthy water. Fruit and nuts.

Inspired Pregnancy Teleclass-Pilot

Hola!

Just wanted to let you know that I will be launching a 4 week Pilot Telelclass for pregnant parents.

If you love the the idea of really connecting with your own wisdom, your baby's wisdom and indeed your partner's wisdom, AND activating the law of attraction in your pregnancy, birth and life....then this is for you!
