About Me:

My favourite pastime is being a Grandmother to my 5 grandchildren so I like to get back to the U.K. often. In between times I have several products to market which I do through coffee mornings, ladies luncheons etc., The most innovative product at the moment is the famous singing candle. I also have a handy handbag alarm and a whole range of greetings cards and stationery from the successful U.K. Company called Phoenix.

Favourite Exercise

I enjoy all sports particularly swimming in the warm months, play tennis, do pilates, go walking and exercise in the gym but not all at once!

Favorite Healthy Foods

Fish, fish and more fish! Nuts and seeds, fruit and veggies.
