1. When we identify with the body as our identity
2. When we believe that our inner peace is dependent on form
3. When we hang on to the hurtful past
4. When we hold on to grievances
5. When we perceive some else wrong and ourselves right
6. When we interpret another person’s behavior and believe that our interpretation is the truth
7. When we make assumptions based on the past
8. When we believe that justified anger will bring us inner peace
9. When we make decisions based on fear rather than love
10. When we hold on to the control issues of the ego
11. When we believe in sin
12. When we believe in guilt

How do we find Our Inner Peace?

We do our best to simplify our lives as much as possible and practice reminding ourselves that everything is a choice and that we can always ‘choose once again.’
