We live in a vibrational universe.
Everything is a vibration. Everything is in vibration.
This includes are thoughts and feelings. Our thoughts and feelings create vibrations that pulsate out from us into the universe.
The Law of Attraction states that we attract to us that which we focus upon in terms of feelings and thoughts.
So, if we are thinking happy, uplifting thoughts, we tend to have a much nicer day...more smiles, pleasant surprises etc.
Equally, when we are thinking and feeling pesimistic we tend to attract to us experiences that reflect that vibration.
Many of our thoughts, beliefs and feelings are unconscious so we don't necessarily see the link between the vibration we are putting out and what we are drawing to us.
But when we really begin to explore this, we quickly find evidence that positive thoughts pave the way for much more joy.
We can use the Law of Attraction to enhance our health. Instead of criticising our bodies when we look in the mirror, we can admire them, be grateful to them and see the beauty and health that is there.
When we eat and drink, we can intend to nourish and nurture our bodies in the best way possible.
When we are feeling under the weather, we can visualise our amazing bodies supporting us to heal. We can imagine the cells in their deep wisdom knowing exactly what to do to support recovery.
We can even practice feeling healthy.
This can be done by taking a breath in and enjoying deeply the fact that you can do this.
We can play around with new positive thoughts and feelings about our bodies and our health.
